The Buffalo Bills, while victorious, are dealing with a slew of concerning injuries. It's not just Micah Hyde and Leonard Floyd as the team made an announcement that impacts both sides of the football.
Hyde and Floyd are considered "day to day" which I previously wrote about. With the team resuming practice, more names were added to the injury report which gives the fanbase a reason to be concerned.
Hyde and Floyd are leading the way with an ankle and hamstring injury, respectfully. However, Sal Capaccio, Buffalo Bills beat and sideline reporter, helped break the news that Dawson Knox and Jordan Phillips would also be out of action while they deal with a back and illness, respectively.
Another big reason to be concerned is that of Terrel Bernard who seems to be dealing with a lower leg injury but will be limited at practice. Bernard has shined in his new role as the starting middle linebacker and his presence would immediately be felt if he were to miss time.
As of right now, we aren't hitting the panic button quite yet. As we inch closer to gameday, it'll be important to keep an eye out on the designations for Knox, Hyde, Floyd, Phillips, and Bernard as they all play a crucial part on both the offense and defense.
Get the bubble wrap out, protect these players at all costs, and make sure to rehabilitate them so they can be back on the field in no time. Just take a deep breath, it's only Wednesday and there's plenty of time for these players to get healthy.
Bills’ Gabe Davis has a message for anyone doubting the team’s future
The Buffalo Bills got back to their winning ways in a victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. With the win, Davis shut down critics of the team in a now-viral moment.
