Damar Hamlin of the Buffalo Bills has taken the world by storm since his traumatic injury on Monday Night Football.

With each passing day, more information becomes available on the safety's recovery from the near-death experience.

The quick actions of the first responders and the Bills' assistant athletic trainer, Danny Kellington, were invaluable in saving Hamlin's life.

Hamlin has been able to write and now speak to teammates just days removed from a reported cardiac arrest. His recovery has rejuvenated the Bills locker room and what feels like the entire nation.

Now, the Bills Mafia and fans of the NFL have even more information as the Bills' general manager, head coach, and other figures were available to the media after practice.

Specifically, Brandon Beane's comments on Hamlin have quickly gone viral.

The beloved general manager went into detail on the moment he realized Hamlin could make it through this.

Beane went into specifics on the kinds of procedures doctors needed to do for Hamlin after the incident.

"They had to flip him over into a prone position," Beane told reporters on Friday.

Further discussing, without going into technical detail, Beane detailed if Hamlin could stay in that position it was going to be a good sign for recovery.

The Bills general manager went on to discuss the news given to him from doctors on Hamlin's ability to battle through this horrible injury.

"When they said later that day that he's handling this great (being in a prone position), that is great news. That tells us that he's out of the woods."

Brandon Beane, much like the rest of the world admitted that this news had impacted him. Specifically that he "started to feel relief. From that point on it just seemed things were trending up."

Hamlin was able to facetime teammates and even reportedly flexed on camera for them which to no surprise elicited a strong reaction from the Bills players.

There's still a long road to recovery. Hamlin, like the city of Buffalo, will continue to battle through adversity.

The entire city, and country, are with Damar Hamlin and his family during these difficult times.
