The Buffalo Bills snuck out of their own stadium with an ugly win over the New York Giants. Josh Allen and the offense struggled to get anything going with some costly drops, a fumble, and missed field goals that have us unfortunately remembering "wide right" far too much during this contest.
However, much like the case has been over the past few seasons, the team had found a way to win. The Buffalo Bills haven't played their best football but at the end of the day, a win is a win.
Josh Allen opened up to the media after the game with the exact sentiment I shared above, an ugly win is still a win. If you missed it, check out my latest article.
During the contest, Josh Allen was able to connect for an unreal touchdown to TE Quintin Morris late in the contest. Allen did his best to evade pressure and find Morris for his first catch, on his first target, for a touchdown this season. It was beautiful.
After the game, Morris being an unsung hero of the contest, went to social media to reveal a little present he got from the Bills Mafia waiting for him at home. The fanbase is one of the very best across all major sports and they had a little something extra for Morris.
Despite the game being so late, some fans decided to leave him a little note on his garage for when he returned home. The simple yet powerful note read, "Atta boy, Q. Congrats on the big play! Go Bills!"
While we admit, it might be a touch creepy that this was already at his house immediately after the game, it just goes to show how much this fanbase loves the team. A very deserved present for a game-changing player in the contest.
