We knew coming into Thursday night that the showdown between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams would be a slugfest.

That was certainly the case midway into the third quarter. Both teams found themselves tied at 10-10 and both teams were looking to find that edge in order to put more points on the scoreboard.

The Bills found themselves on the verge of giving the Rams momentum to find said edge as they faced a 3rd and 7 on their first drive of the second half. Josh Allen couldn't find any open targets as he surveyed the field, so he decided to use his legs and run for the first down.

It looked like Rams safety Nick Scott was about to barely keep Allen from reaching the first down marker, but Allen's fierce stiff arm sent Scott flying past the sticks, which allowed Allen to extend the ball past the marker for the first down.

Sure, it's hard to grasp the full extent of Allen's destruction of Scott from this view, so let me present to you not only a close-up, but a slow-motion replay, as well:

That's a Derrick Henry-like stiff arm. Except, obviously, Allen is a quarterback.

I'm sure Scott will hear it from his coaches and teammates during the subsequent film session after the game.
