The Buffalo Bills ended practice in nearly the worst way imaginable.

Josh Allen was down on the field for a few seconds after Ken Dorsey drew up a trick play. Specifically, the Philly special. Allen got rocked by Taron Johnson and stayed down on the field, forcing everyone at camp to hold their breath.

Ending practice with your franchise quarterback on his back, not moving, is one of the most terrifying things imaginable.

Luckily, Josh Allen is like a golden retriever, and almost as quickly as he got knocked down, he jumped up and ran over to his teammates and was smiling. For those few seconds, it was the most terrifying moment in camp thus far.

While training camp gets teams up to speed and ready for the preseason and then regular season, injuries have already impacted teams across the league, and big players as well. While not a long-term injury, the Cincinnati Bengals had their own scary moment with Joe Burrow in which he suffered a reported calf strain.

Additionally, even within the division, Jalen Ramsey suffered a brutal knee injury that has the entirety of his season in question.

While Ken Dorsey has really dialed it up from all reports in camp so far, this moment wasn't the best. Maybe don't call up a trick play that has your quarterback looking for a pass with one of the best nickel corners of the game barreling down on him.

Protect Josh Allen, at all costs. We didn't know it needed to be said, but that includes training camp as well.
