An incoming snowstorm has the potential to wreak havoc on Saturday night’s AFC East clash between the Miami Dolphins (8-5) and Buffalo Bills (10-3).

Buffalo meteorologists are predicting a snowfall that could amount up to seven inches on Saturday night. There are plenty of people in the football world that believe these weather conditions would give the Bills an advantage.

It makes sense, especially considering the Dolphins aren’t used to playing in snowy conditions accompanied by gusts of winds up to 25 miles per hour. However, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is insinuating that his team is ready to battle the elements.

On Wednesday, McDaniel was filmed walking around at Dolphins practice wearing a t-shirt that read, “I wish it were colder.”

McDaniel, who has a unique sense of humor, has received plenty of attention for his ironic wardrobe choice. After all, it was his Dolphins squad that needed heaters on the sideline in Sunday night’s road loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

If Miami needs heaters in 55-degree weather in Los Angeles, they will be in a world of trouble in the freezing temperatures expected in Buffalo.

While McDaniel meant no harm with his t-shirt, it’s a decision that could come back around to make the first-year head coach look foolish.
