The Las Vegas Raiders are finally on a winning streak where they played good football, especially on offense. We are starting to see the offense hit a stride and play good football consistently. Not to mention, they are closing out games too.

However, it won't be as easy in the next games, because division opponents always seem to give you their best. But, there is one area they have to be on their 'A' game against their upcoming opponent the Los Angeles Chargers.

“The Chargers – I mean, look, they're a well-coached, fast defense that swarm to the football. They force a lot of fumbles," offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi said on Tuesday.

The Chargers have forced 10 fumbles this season, which is good for the sixth-highest in the league. Of those 10 forced fumbles, they have recovered seven.

"Obviously, that keeps them in games. They've done a good job with that recently, forced turnovers. They really make you earn every inch. Like I said, they're coached really hard by Brandon Staley, a very strong defensive background, and I would say just overall team speed.

"They've got good players in all ends, whether it's Khalil Mack, Derwin James, [Drue] Tranquill at linebacker. All levels of defense, they have guys who can make plays on the football and get after, whether it's the quarterback, the pass game, or run game."

The Las Vegas Raiders, luckily, are one of the better teams in the league at not giving the ball away. They have just nine total turnovers on the year, tied for the least most with Tampa bay.

Seven of those nine turnovers were interceptions, and just two were fumbles lost. The Raiders have fumbled 11 times in the year.

In terms of ball security, I'd say they are one of the more disciplined teams, but that doesn't mean the Chargers can't force them to give the ball up.

They will still need to bring their best in that department.
