The regular season is over, which means that the NFL is now in a season where teams are interviewing anyone and everyone who could possibly make their franchise better. The Raiders are part of that group.
We know they will interview people for their vacant HC and GM jobs. Or they will bring in the interim guys at their own respected positions.
But it seems like other teams are interviewing some people on the Raiders, too. We know about the Carolina Panthers wanting to interview Champ Kelly for their GM job, but now Patrick Graham seems like a hot commodity, too.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Los Angeles Chargers have requested to interview defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, who turned the Raider's defense around into an elite unit.
Graham is a pretty respected guy around the league and has been interviewed for head coaching gigs in the past. Now, the Raiders have to do all they can to retain him.
