The Las Vegas Raiders and the rest of the NFL are officially done with the preseason. So, that means some tough decisions are about to be made.

The Raiders have a fairly good roster up to this point; however, you can't enter Week 1 with 90 players, so cuts have to be made. August 29 is the last day the Raiders and the rest of the league have to get to 53 players.

It's important to note that the following players are already on injured reserve for the Raiders:

  • Darien Butler, LB
  • Austin Walter, RB
  • Brittain Brown, RB
  • Jacob Hollister, TE
  • Isaiah Zuber, WR
  • Dalton Wagner, OT

As a result, they'll be ineligible to be designated to return for the 2023 NFL season. This is true of any player placed on injured reserve while a member of the 90-man offseason roster.
