NFL hammers cameraman for involvement in viral Tyreek Hill celebration

The NFL has done a good job over the years earning the moniker "No Fun League" through countless examples of fines for players who break a seemingly endless code of conduct or wardrobe rules.
However, the league took it one step too far this time.
One of the biggest highlights of Week 6 of the NFL came in the Dolphins' 42-21 win over the Carolina Panthers. Tyreek Hill caught a 41-yard touchdown pass and immediately ran over to an unknown man in the end zone. Hill took a cell phone from him and recorded a selfie of him doing a backflip before handing the phone back and running off.
As it turns out, that unknown man is Kevin Fitzgibbons, a cameraman and social media content creator who was hired by the NFL. Fitzgibbons apparently knows Hill and had previously collaborated on projects together. Fitzgibbons posted on Twitter/X on Wednesday that his credentials were suspended by the NFL for the remainder of the season – if not permanently – for participating in the celebration, as well as for jumping on the sideline after the play.
The decision further cements the league's aforementioned nickname, which has been well earned by cracking down on anything that might be considered fun. While the celebration does involve a prop, it's not one that was offensive or harmful, or otherwise potentially warranted anything other than a small fine by Hill for using a prop, if it even deserved that.
What it didn't was throwing the book at the cameraman, who says he's a student at the University of Miami, for participating in the celebration. It's an overreaching, "get off my lawn" message that's rubbed many people the wrong way so far on social media.
And oh yeah, the league appears to have had NO problem including the celebration in its official NFL account tweet and Youtube video from the game. A little bit hypocritical, Shield.
Do the right thing, NFL, and reinstate Kevin Fitzgibbons' credentials.
