The New England Patriots released their third injury report of the week on Friday ahead of their Week 2 matchup against the Miami Dolphins
Everything appeared similar to Thursday's report; however, two names were removed.
And one of those is very good for the offensive line.
Check it out down below:
| Player | Injury | Practice Status | Game Status |
|---|---|---|---|
OT Trent Brown | Concussion | DNP | Questionable |
CB Jonathan Jones | Ankle | DNP | Questionable |
OL Mike Onwenu | Ankle | LP | Questionable |
WR DeVante Parker | Knee | LP | Questionable |
OL Sidy Sow | Concussion | DNP | Questionable |
G Cole Strange | Knee | LP | Questionable |
KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related
David Andrews was removed from the list, having appeared on Tuesday with a hamstring injury and was reportedly limited. Yet, it seems that the center is ready to go. He along with WR Kayshon Boutte were removed.
Jonathan Jones was a new addition to the report on Thursday, and it's clear that his injury has sidelined him, not being in attendance for the media attended portion of practice. He did not practice on Friday after being marked as limited the day before.
However, the good news is that no one is listed as out or doubtful for the game.
Here is the Dolphins' injury report:
| Player | Injury | Practice Status | Game Status |
|---|---|---|---|
T Terron Armstead | Back, Ankle, Knee | LP | Questionable |
DB Elijah Campbell | Knee | LP | Questionable |
TE Julian Hill | Ankle | LP | Questionable |
LB Jaelan Phillips | Back | LP | Questionable |
Sunday's AFC East division matchup will kick off at 8:25 p.m. at Gillette Stadium.
