Right now, it’s all about Justin Fields when it comes to the Chicago Bears‘ 2022 season.
As well it should.
Well, Fields received good news on Sunday when both rookie guard Teven Jenkins and rookie wide receiver Velus Jones Jr. were both activated for the Bears’ Week 11 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
Jenkins missed the Week 10 matchup against the Detriot Lions due to a hip injury and so did Jones Jr., who was a healthy scratch. Jenkins did not practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, but was able to put in a full session on Friday prior to the Bears listing him as questionable.
Both players gives Fields a boost where it matters most: on the offensive line and in the receiving corps. Which, obviously, makes Fields a very happy quarterback, at the end of the day.
