It’s a high-flying matchup in Kansas City in Week 11. The Chiefs will welcome the Dallas Cowboys to town in what is probably the game of the week in the NFL. There are a few matchups that’ll decide the winner of an exciting game on paper.

Keep an eye on these!

CeeDee Lamb against the Chiefs Secondary

Amari Cooper will miss this game as well as Dallas’ game on Thanksgiving. Accordingly, CeeDee Lamb and co. will have to step up. Against a weak KC secondary, Lamb should be able to put up major numbers with Dak Prescott. He’ll be matched up with Rashad Fenton or L’Jarius Sneed for most of the game most likely.

The other receivers will have to be more involved as well, so expect more production from Cedrick Wilson as well as Michael Gallup in his return.

Cowboys Defenders against Travis Kelce

Kelce, along with Tyreek Hill, will be the two biggest challenges for the Cowboys defense. Dallas has been middle-of-the-pack against tight ends for most of this season, but Kelce is a challenge unlike most others. Don’t be surprised to see Trevon Diggs on Kelce at times as well as a mixture of linebackers and safeties.

Shutting Kelce down completely is basically impossible, but limiting him must be at the forefront of the game plan in order for the Cowboys to come out with a win.

La’El Collins against Rushers Chris Jones/Frank Clark

Regardless of which rusher Collins sees the most, it’ll be a tough task. Jones is one of the best defensive linemen in the NFL. Clark presents plenty of challenges, too. Collins can handle it, though. If he can prevent too many pressures on Prescott, it’ll make a giant difference with the consistent Tyron Smith at the other tackle spot.

Additionally, the Cowboys are swapping Connor McGovern into the lineup at LG over Connor Williams. It may be an upgrade, but only time will tell. That means they really need the right side of the line to be at their best against the Chiefs.

Make sure to watch out for these matchups as Sunday’s game unfolds. They will be key in determining who takes the dub.
