A Green Bay Packers player got leveled by a coach on his own sideline on Friday night against the San Francisco 49ers.
Fortunately, everyone is alright.
Wide receiver Amari Rodgers had an impressive kick return to midfield in the first quarter. As Rodgers went out of bounds, a coach on the Packers’ sideline inadvertently decked the former Clemson standout.

There’s no harm in a coach getting excited about a great play, but it’s clear that Rodgers wasn’t expecting the chest bump (or whatever the coach was going for there).
You usually expect that kind of thing on the opposing sideline, not your own sideline.
I’m sure everyone in Green Bay’s facility will have a good laugh when the team reviews the film after this one.
