The Las Vegas Raiders’ offense could feature something we haven’t seen really at all this season.
The Raiders’ offense has shown so many flashes of being able to be one of the league’s best, but time ad time again they end up letting people down.
Whether it be self-inflicted wounds or just the inability to close out games, the Raiders have found a way to lose almost everyone this year, besides three, of course.
With the recent injury report that came out on Friday, we could see a new wrinkle in the Raiders’ offense on Sunday.
Josh Jacobs, one of the Raiders’ few bright spots this year, is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks. In other words, we will get to see some of the rookie running back Zamir White.
White has just eight carries on the year, so it’s safe to say we really haven’t gotten a chance to see him yet.
But, at the same time, you can’t really blame the Raiders. Jacobs has been playing his tail off and is in a contract year. But, White was one of the best running backs throughout his time in college.
I’ll be excited to see how much run White gets. If he gets a lot, and plays well, I think the Raiders may be able to see how expendable Jacobs is after this season.
Sunday will be an important game in that sense.
