Tennessee Titans wide receiver AJ Brown underwent surgery on both knees on Tuesday according to an Instagram live video.

Brown, who just finished his second season with the Titans, suffered a bone bruise early in the 2020 season. He played in week one, catching five passes for 39 yards. Brown, however, didn’t play in week two or week three. He returned to the Titans’ lineup for the team’s week five matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

The former Ole Miss standout said in his Instagram video that he was advised he was “done for the year” in week two.

Brown ended up catching 70 passes for 1,075 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 games this season, earning a trip to his first career Pro-Bowl (which really isn’t a trip this season, thanks to COVID-19).
