Metro Nashville Police cited Tennessee Titans OLB Bud Dupree for misdemeanor assault on Tuesday, according to reports by Chuck Morris of WSMV and Nikki McGee of WKRN.

Shortly after Dupree was charged, Broadway Sports Media released the following video. It appears to show Dupree, wearing a tan tracksuit and a red hair tie, and several others wearing his jersey, wreaking havoc on the Walgreen’s store near the Titans’ facility in Nashville.

WARNING: Video features explicit language and mild violence.

In the video, Dupree clearly says “take his phone.” Metro Police’s citation of Dupree alleged that Dupree grabbed a Walgreen’s employee and his phone during the incident.

Dupree is due to report for booking in three weeks, WKRN’s Emily Proud reported.

The NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy states that players who are guilty of a criminal charge of assault will be suspended for a minimum of six days.
