The Philadelphia Eagles are so obviously in win-now mode, which was made obvious by the move to get Robert Quinn, Linval Joseph, and Ndamukong Suh.

All of these guys are in the back end of their careers or heading that way, so they weren’t huge mind-blowing moves. However, they were moves that made a statement saying the Eagles were going for it all this year.

The Eagles can do it all, too. But the one thing they have slightly struggled with this year is their run defense, which is why Joseph and Suh were brought in as free-agent acquisitions.

Nonetheless, the Eagles made the right decision, and so did Suh.

Eagles’ veteran is glad he came back to football

Before joining the Eagles, Suh was living in Florida spending time with his family, contemplating whether he should hang it up after an amazing career.

He was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just last season and helped them anchor one of the best defenses in the league while having a run to the playoffs.

Now, he can do the same with the Eagles.

On Sunday after the Eagles win over the Tennessee Titans, Suh tweeted something out that showed he made the right decision.

“It just gets better and better. Feels like I made the right choice.”

The way he has been able to sub in and plug the holes on the defensive line in the run stop has been amazing. I’m sure Eagles fans are happy he made the decision as well.
