The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going up against one of the NFL’s most dangerous rushing attacks in the Cleveland Browns, so they need all the big defensive players they can get.
One such player, team captain and Pro Bowler Vita Vea, will be crucial in stopping the Browns’ duo of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. The only problem is no one knew (not even the Buccaneers) if he’d play in Sunday’s game.
Well, we finally received our answer about an hour-and-a-half before kickoff. Per FOX Sports‘/NFL Network‘s Sara Walsh, Vea will play after the Buccaneers listed him as questionable on Friday.
Per @Sara_Walsh, the #Bucs will have DT Vita Vea today. He's been questionable with a foot injury.

Vea’s presence is a huge boost for the Buccaneers. It gives them their full rotation along the defensive interior. The Buccaneers also activated Deadrin Senat for this game. Senat gives them another big body to rotate in hopes of stopping Cleveland’s rushing attack.
