If you’re a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, there’s nothing more I can say other than I’m sorry.

Tampa Bay appears to be cursed this season.

On Wednesday, Buccaneers center Ryan Hainsey had to be carted off near the end of practice.

Tampa Bay is already without center Ryan Jensen, a key player who is expected to miss a significant amount of time with a knee injury.

Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles didn’t have an update immediately after practice, though there’s hope that Hainsey is just dealing with a cramp, according to ESPN’s Jenna Laine.

Hainsey was being praised for his performance during camp as he’s looked like a suitable replacement for Jensen during training camp. Losing him would be another massive blow to the Bucs.

Wide receiver Russell Gage, one of Tampa Bay’s offseason additions, also suffered an injury on Wednesday during practice.

The Bucs are certainly hoping for good news on Hainsey and Gage. But with the way this offseason has been going — the Jensen injury combined with the Tom Brady/Miami Dolphins tampering story — it just feels like there’s a dark cloud hanging over the team.

Maybe it’s just bad luck and Hainsey/Gage will be fine. But for now, it definitely feels like things are trending in the wrong direction this summer for the Buccaneers.

ESPN’s Jeff Darlington says a source told him it was just a cramp for Hainsey. Maybe we can press pause on the curse….for now.
