Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer, one of the top defensive players in the league, made quite a statement this week about Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields.
Poyer said on his podcast this week that Fields is "dangerous".
"This dude is just an athlete out there just making plays like my goodness," said Poyer. "He's dangerous."
The Bills will travel to Chicago this weekend for a matchup against the Bears on Christmas Eve (Saturday).
Poyer's comment isn't an example of hyperbole — Fields really has proven in recent weeks to be one of the most electric players in the NFL.
Just look what he did in Chicago's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
I don't think there's any way to defend that.
Though with that said, this is still a game the Bills should win. The Bears are improving, and they have a chance to be a special team in the next couple of seasons, but the roster isn't quite there yet.
