Former Tennessee Vols head coach Derek Dooley is back in the SEC.
According to a report from Football Scoop, Dooley is reuniting with Nick Saban.
The former UT head coach will join Saban's staff at Alabama as a senior offensive analyst.
Dooley was an assistant with the New York Giants the past two seasons (oddly enough, he was on staff with former Vols head coach Jeremy Pruitt).

After getting fired from Tennessee in late 2012, Dooley served as the Dallas Cowboys wide receivers coach from 2013-2017. Dooley was also the offensive coordinator at Missouri from 2018-2019.
Dooley previously served on Nick Saban's staff at LSU as the tight ends coach and running backs coach (2000-2004). He was Saban's tight ends coach with the Miami Dolphins in 2005 and 2006 as well.
