Then again…when are they?
On Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, rookie running back Bijan Robinson had zero touches and played just six total snaps at halftime.
That's unusual for Robinson, who has been Atlanta's X-factor while leading the Falcons in rushing yards and helping in the receiving game.
However, according to Arthur Smith via the broadcast at the half, Robinson is not feeling well and isn't expected to see much, if any, action in the second half.
This is an odd reason behind Robinson's limited usage considering he was not listed on the Falcons' injury report this week and the team could face consequences if his illness was actually not reported ahead of time.
It also might be worth noting for some more clarity that Smith had said earlier in the week that he monitors Robinson's reps on the field, though this week's game is an all-time low for Robinson.
"I think you've got to be careful," Smith said. "I think it's not just physical, it's the mental things that can get some of them guys. You want them to do everything and he's a unique player, and that's part of the things too you look at operationally, if you're putting too much on them. That's where CP [Cordarrelle Patterson] coming back you hope that's a give and take. You got to be careful but he's here and he's helped us a lot but that's certainly something you've got to look at all the time."

After the game, head Smith told reporters that Robinson "wasn't feeling like himself" after pregame warmups. "… We weren't going to overdo it."
He added that he'll know more on Monday.
