Kyle DeDiminicantanio (or "Kyle De" for brevity's sake) fell in love with the offseason when he realized it was much harder for the Chargers to crush his dreams in the spring. He views roster building from a value-add approach he learned as a project manager for real estate investors. Much of his attention is focused on the nuances of the CBA, navigating the salary cap, and taking on long research projects to reaffirm it's always smart to trade down.
