Beckham has since had time to watch film from Baltimore’s showing on offense against Houston. The veteran wideout sees that there is much that the unit can improve on heading into Week 2.
"I feel like we had a good first, sloppy game, and you still put up 25 points," Beckham said ahead of Week 2. "So, the bad thing is there were a lot of mistakes, a lot of miscommunications, a lot of those things; the good news is there is room for improvement. And that's just how you have to look at it.
"I think this week was a lot better [of a] week, as far as being locked in with each other and on all the assignments, and you've just got to know that the sky is the limit with that, and we'll go as far as we want to go. So, I definitely feel like it was a much better week."
At the end of the day, Beckham wants patience with the Ravens’ new-look offense.
"Rome wasn't built in a day, and we've just got to continue to get better," Beckham said.
Overall, the Ravens tallied 265 total yards and scored a touchdown on three out of their five trips to the red zone in Week 2.
Beckham and the Ravens are set to meet the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium on Sunday.
