Whatever the Baltimore Ravens have done lately, they need to continue doing it because it's been a great week already.

Baltimore saw fullback Patrick Ricard get activated off the PUP list on Monday. Wednesday has been a continuation of that as the Ravens signed defensive tackle Broderick Washington to a three-year extension and also got back wide receiver Rashod Bateman, who was activated from the PUP list.

Bateman will undoubtedly need time to get his legs under him and get back acclimated to doing things on the field, and the Ravens will be cautious with how that process goes. However, quarterback Lamar Jackson can finally start to get a semblance of what it will be like to have all of his outside weapons together at the same time.

A groin injury cost Bateman five games during his rookie campaign, and multiple foot injuries saw him miss 11 more last season. So, he's essentially only been available for half of the games he could have played so far.

That certainly isn't ideal, but if Bateman can somehow turn the corner, he can be a major asset to what the Ravens do offensively.
