The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for what they are hoping to be a deep run in the NFL postseason.

With the number two seed locked up, the team will take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

The Bills will look to continue their impressive win streak towards the ultimate goal of bringing the city its first-ever Super Bowl.

Unfortunately, with the team's recent success, it's no surprise that other NFL franchises are interested in the individuals that have made that happen.

Senior Buffalo personnel could be leaving

Reportedly, one of Buffalo's own is being interviewed for a new job outside of the organization.

Senior Director of Pro Personnel Malik Boyd will interview for the vacant Tenessee Titans general manager job, Ian Rapoport reports.

Boyd was brought on to the Bills staff last year after spending some time with the Arizona Cardinals.

From Bills Mafia's perspective, it seems as though everything Brandon Beane touches turns to gold.

Last year, Brian Daboll was offered and accepted a position with the New York Giants.

Similarly, Joe Schoen jumped ship with Daboll to pursue a career for the Giants.

Who could be next?

Another name to keep an eye out for is Leslie Frazier. Frazier has been invaluable to the Bills' success on the defensive side of the football.

Specifically, the Bills Mafia has been scratching their heads wondering why such a talented individual wouldn't receive more offers for a head coaching position.

Frazier's brilliant defensive mind would be a great candidate for any vacant head-coaching position. His ability to adapt regardless of injuries has been one of the many reasons the Bills have been so successful.

As the Bills continue their on-field dominance, other teams will look to poach organizational talent from Buffalo.

Furthermore, it's no surprise other teams are giving Buffalo a call to fill some vacancies.

For now, onto Miami. Get your popcorn ready, it's playoff time.
