The Buffalo Bills failed tremendously on offense, once again. Coming into the season, we had sky-high expectations with Josh Allen being included in the MVP talks and the Buffalo Bills being labeled one of the Super Bowl favorites. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Once again, Buffalo just simply didn't show up. The past few weeks head coach Sean McDermott has preached "complimentary" football, but the team did quite the opposite of that. From poor field position to repeated turnovers, and the icing on the top of having 12 men on the field for what could've been a victory for Buffalo, it's been ugly.

Josh Allen and the offense, led by second-year offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey have broken something with this team. They just don't look the same as they did the first few weeks and have many calling for Dorsey to be fired after another pitiful performance.

Immediately after the contest, Josh Allen opened up to the media about his performance, the team, and what's ahead with the third-hardest schedule remaining in the entire NFL.

You can find the beginning of Allen's interview at the 3:51 mark of the video below

Allen opened up the interview with a long pause before giving a blunt response on the loss, "It sucks. Shouldn't have been in that position in the first place. A lot of bad football, a lot of bad football." We absolutely agree with this, every part of last night outside of the depleted defense balling out, sucked.

That's when Allen gave a worrying update on the future of the organization and where the team currently sits. After being asked about the rough stretch and if Allen was still confident, he provided, "Yeah I'm still confident but it's no secret the clock's ticking. Gotta have some urgency now." He continued, "We've done it before."

Speaking on how the team can turn things around from a leadership perspective, Allen added, "I mean, every situation is different. But to have our knowledge, to have reps when things aren't going great. We know they're not going great. You gotta rely on the men in this locker room, the leaders in this locker room. We gotta play better football."

Ending his interview, Allen was asked about his confidence level with the season falling apart and how the superstar QB can remain positive, despite the ugly play. Allen was short in his response before walking out of the interview, "We've done it before, I know we can do it. Just a matter of doing it."

Another week, another pissed-off Josh Allen in the press conference room. We could use more of that fire on the field. The team needs to turn things around, and it starts with Josh Allen.
