Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott, much like they did with O'Cyrus Torrence, stayed put and let the board fall to them. In the first two rounds, the front office gave Josh Allen a weapon and provided Josh Allen with some protection, two things the Bills Mafia had been hoping would come from this draft.

With the 91st overall pick, the Buffalo Bills selected LB Dorian Williams from Tulane. The 2022 1st Team All-AAC linebacker will look to help fill a hole on the roster left behind by Tremaine Edumunds' departure. Yet another position of need and something the BIlls Mafia was hoping would be addressed during the draft.

As Mel Kiper and the NFL draft coverage discussed, Williams leaves a lasting impression with his tackling prowess which is an area Buffalo struggled with last year.

Williams can line up with Milano and be an absolute tear on defense. Linebacker is one of the toughest positions to play and Williams has proven he can be that guy. While he landed at 91, keep an eye out for him during training camp. Williams led the team in tackles and finished his season with 125 tackles, 5 sacks, and 6.5 tackles for loss.

A to Z Sports' Tyler Browning evaluated and had the following to say

Run Blocking: Able to seal off defenders and create running lanes. Effective at performing combo blocks and passing off defenders to get to the second level

Below is The Athletic's Dane Brugler's scouting report, as well:

Overall, you wish Williams played with better anticipation, but once he sees it, he gets there in a hurry and has the tools desired for a modern-day developmental linebacker. He has the profile of a key special teamer with the talent to eventually compete for NFL starting reps.
