The Buffalo Bills suffered a brutal loss at the hands of the New York Jets.

Immediately after the game, Allen went viral with his comments about the matchup

Allen had an off day, plain and simple.

The franchise quarterback who was an MVP front-runner before the matchup had his worst game of the season.

Adding insult to injury, Allen appeared to get hurt during the last drive.

Allen finished his day going 18-34 with 205 yards and two interceptions.

Fans have been spoiled with some late-game heroics by the franchise quarterback.

A holding call and a fumble during the last drive proved to be too much as the Jets won this matchup.

Rough outing for Allen and Company

Since the second half against the Packers game, the team has been off.

Allen hasn't been himself and the defense is allowing way too many yards on the ground.

Furthermore, injuries have reared their ugly head on this roster, yet again.

Before the matchup with the Jets, the Bills were missing key players in Milano, Poyer, Hyde and White.

Zach Wilson took full advantage of the Bills' injuries and torched the defense.

Time to bounce back

The Bills will take on the Minnesota Vikings in their next matchup.

Josh Allen and company will be entering the week humble and hungry after the loss to a division rival.

This kind of loss may be exactly what the team needs to wake up again.

The season is long and the Bills are still atop the AFC East, but things need to change.

Luckily, the Bills have some of the best coaches in the NFL.

This one hurts, but the future is still bright in Buffalo.
