A card collector had won a redemption card after opening up a 2018 Panini Obsidian box. A redemption card is basically a promise that the card will be given to you. In this case, the collector won a Josh Allen signed rookie card, but the redemption card only contains a code that you use to redeem to get the card.
The fan must've been a tiny bit impatient as before he received his redemption card, he went to a Josh Allen signing to get the redemption card signed, instead. Then, he sent the redemption card signed by Josh Allen to PSA to get the card graded.
Allen must've gotten a kick out of this as he signed it with a "Sorry… My bad" before signing his name.
