With the NFL’s 2023 coaching cycle in full swing, the Buffalo Bills are one team likely to be impacted.
On Wednesday, NFL Network's Peter Schraeger reports that Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey is expected to interview for the Carolina Panthers’ head coaching job this weekend.
Dorsey’s ties to Carolina date back to his time spent with the team from 2011-2017. He was initially hired as a pro scout in 2011 before taking over as quarterbacks coach in 2013.
There he worked with Panthers QB Cam Newton, helping guide him to his MVP campaign in 2015. It was in that same season when Carolina made its Super Bowl run, falling to the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50.
In his first season as Buffalo’s play caller, Dorsey captained the Bills’ offense to the 28.4 points per game and 397.6 yards per game, both ranked second in the NFL.
