The Kardiac Kids are back.
By now, you know that the Cleveland Browns managed to sneak out a 20-17 home win over the Chicago Bears that was decided on a Hail Mary play. The ball was batted around, and it found the hands of Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney before popping up again and into the hands of Browns safety D’Anthony Bell — ending the game.
Here is a look at the play:
Njoku's Sunday against Chicago

It was a play that has defined the cardiac Browns, but it also nearly sent Browns tight end David Njoku to the bathroom early.
“I d— near sh– myself," Njoku said after the game. "Luckily our defense made an exceptional play, sealed the game, and that was it.”
Njoku contributed his fair share to the Browns' win. He caught 10 passes for a season-high 104 yards and one touchdown.
He also made plays to garner impressive yards after the catch.
For example:
It has been a career year for Njoku. In the last two games, Njoku has 195 yards, three touchdowns, and 16 catches.
“Like I said, it’s not me," Njoku explained. "It’s a team effort. Everybody from the kicker to the snapper to the offense, defense, special teams, it’s everybody.
"It’s not me. The last thing I want you guys to think is that it was my doing because it is not. It’s God first, and then it’s the team. It was a team effort that we were able to win, and we’re on to next week.”
It may be a career year, but Sunday's win was so exciting that Njoku nearly pulled a Larry Izzo.
