Alabama football releases must-see hype video that’ll get your blood going ahead of a showdown against Wisconsin
Alabama football released this week’s hype video ahead of a key matchup against Wisconsin, and it’s definitely must-see.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are only hours away from taking on the Big Ten’s Wisconsin inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. After starting the 2025 college football season 1-1 with a loss to Florida State and a win over Louisiana-Monroe, the hope is to get back to a winning record heading into the bye week before opening up SEC play against Georgia in Week 5.
Ahead of Saturday’s matchup against Wisconsin, the official X account for Alabama Football released its latest hype video, as it does every week. It was narrated by Crimson Tide starting quarterback Ty Simpson, and the caption was simple: “New Week. Same Goal.” Check it out below.

Alabama is currently a 20.5-point favorite over Wisconsin, according to FanDuel, but as we’ve learned since the beginning of the 2024 season, a betting line doesn’t always matter. On paper, the advantages lay with the Crimson Tide, but right now, it’s about proving everything on the field. Fans are understandably tired of hearing about what this team can accomplish, and Saturday presents another opportunity to go out there and prove it.
Earlier on Friday, we released two high-expectation players who need to show out against the Badgers. Those players were defensive lineman LT Overton and wide receiver Ryan Williams. I’d highly recommend going to check out our reasoning why, but understand it goes beyond just those two. This feels like a team that still needs to prove a lot. College football analyst Josh Pate even had Alabama outside of his top-25 rankings for Week 3.
That’s 12 SEC teams included ranging from the highest (Georgia at No. 7) to Mississippi State at No. 25, and yet, Alabama wasn’t included. After the brutal 31-17 loss to Florida State in the season opener, it’s hard to blame anyone for leaving the Tide out, but that’s got to create some external motivation for the players, especially once you realize Pate had Alabama winning the national championship in his preseason predictions.
You have to love a good hype video, but it’s time for things to start translating to the field. Alabama has a great opportunity to showcase some of that translation this Saturday by getting a decisive victory over Wisconsin.
