The Arkansas Razorbacks have started the season 3-1, with the Bobby Petrino effect in full form. They are near the top in almost every offensive category in the SEC, with dual-threat quarterback Taylen Green giving fans a rollercoaster of enjoyment. But, it's the defense that's playing well, too.

Travis Williams, the defensive coordinator of the Hogs, is having this team create turnovers left and right, while also creating an identity of a team that swarms to the ball. They played so well last week, while the Auburn Tigers also played pretty bad, that the Razorbacks had a Defensive Player of the Week award winner for the SEC.

TJ Metcalf, a sophomore defensive back from Alabama, played his tail off on Saturday. He finished with two interceptions, one forced fumble, two pass breakups, four tackles, and one tipped pass resulting in an interception. Metcalf was all over the field, and made Auburn pay for all of their mistakes. He helped Auburn quarterback Hank Brown dominate for Arkansas, not against like the Tigers quarterback said he would before the game.

Metcalf, who's from Birmingham, Alabama, took Week 4 against the Tigers personally.

“Auburn didn’t offer me out of high school, so it was kind of personal for me to come in here and get the win. I don’t know what they were thinking," defensive back TJ Metcalf said after the big-time win over the Auburn Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Metcalf played 38 Coverage Snaps, didn't allow a catch on three targets, and had a 0.0 passer rating allowed when he was targeted. Metcalf was one of the best defensive players in the game Saturday, if not the best. The Razorbacks have a stud who's just a sophomore, and he made the Tigers pay in Week 4.

Hopefully, this carries over to Texas A&M in Week 5
