It's been over ten years since EA Sports released NCAA Football 14. College football fans had started to become anxious over the past few months, thinking that they might just have to wait even longer to play the sequel to the best video game ever created. So, in response to some online buzz expressing a lack of confidence in the timeline of release for the next college football video game EA Sports decided to do something special for us all.
They released their official teaser trailer for "College Football 25" with the game's logo and reassurances that the game is indeed coming this summer. The full game reveal will apparently be coming in May, but hopefully this trailer gets fans through the pain of waiting for now.
Not many video games require a trailer promising that there will be a trailer of the game that will in fact be released on time simply because millions of impatient fans can't stand the thought of not being able to play it for a second longer than they might have originally expected, but that's where we are in 2024.
The NCAA Football 14 video game was such a huge hit and so dearly missed when it was abruptly yanked from any future production that thousands of fans have kept a community of gamers alive to this day who still find ways to enjoy the game together over a decade later. It's about time we finally see some hope that the game's return is just around the corner.
It's somehow already been three years since EA Sports announced that they were laying plans to bring the college football game back. Since then there have been several unfortunate delays and hurdles causing frustrations both at EA and among fans all around the world. But it's finally here. This summer. EA Sports. College Football 25.
