The recruiting trail for Billy Napier and the Florida Gators has been thriving over the last week. While they did lose four-star cornerback Jaelen Waters after Will Harris departed as secondary coach, the Gators have been working hard to get players coming to Gainesville.

Earlier this week, the Gators landed a visit from On3 Sports' number two linebacker Izaiya Williams this June and they have the inside track to land him. The defense has been a priority for the Gators as of late and they continued that momentum

Gators land visit with top recruit

After landing a visit with Williams, the Gators scored another visit with a high-profile defender. Milton, Florida four-star safety Kaiden Hall has yet to name his top-five, but the Gators are likely to make the list as they are one of his five visits lined up for this summer.

Hall is set to make five visits:

  • Penn State: May 16th
  • Florida: May 30th
  • Florida State: June 6th
  • Alabama: June 13th
  • Oklahoma: June 20th

This won't be the first time that Hall is on campus, as he was also on campus for junior day at the beginning of February. He spoke to On3 Sports' Steve Wiltfong about the visit and had glowing things to say.

“The experience today was really good. Got to spend time with some of the players in the locker room and watch workouts. It was good to spend time with Coach (Will) Harris and Coach (Vinnie) Sunseri as well. The opportunity to be developed under great coaches and just the overall school and culture excites me about Florida. You can definitely see that they are on the rise right now.”

Hall is currently On3 Sports' number two ranked safety in the 2026 recruiting class and the 24th-ranked player nationally. On3 is much higher than consensus with Rivals (122nd), ESPN (172nd), and 247 Sports (238) being lower on him.
