Former Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver George Pickens didn't handle the Pittsburgh Steelers' loss to the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night very well.
For starters, Pickens, who is in his third season with the Steelers, got into a dustup with Browns defensive back Greg Newsome on the final play of the game.
After the game, Pickens told reporters that he doesn't think Cleveland is a very good team. He also suggested that the snowy weather conditions helped the Browns get the win.
"Conditions played a huge, huge part in today's game," said Pickens after the game. "I don't really think the Cleveland Browns are a good team at all. I think the conditions saved them today."
The Browns are 3-8 and they almost certainly won't be playing in the post-season. So maybe Pickens is right. But that's not the best way to handle a loss. Sometimes it's just your night. And it was the Browns' night on Thursday against the Steelers (who are now 8-3). Pickens just has to take the L and move on.
