Kade Anderson and the LSU Tigers are officially one game from their second college baseball national title in the past three years. Their fandom was strong and boisterous throughout the day of the first game.
LSU fans go wild at MCWS game vs. Coastal Carolina
Via different social media outlets, fans of the Bayou Bengals began to go viral on Saturday evening. During LSU's big win, a fan with a lot of beads got shown on the television broadcast and took full advantage.
He was not the only one, either. A full-body painted fan also garnered some social media action due to his supportive and comical appearance. You cannot doubt the Tigers fans' determination to stand out and show love for their team.
A fight even broke out among fans at the game, but it did not look like LSU fans were involved. That hasn't been confirmed, though. Regardless, tempers flared during the first championship series matchup.
LSU fans showed up early and often for their squad, too. The excitement ahead of the game was infectious for one of the SEC's best programs on the diamond.
LSU now leads the series over Coastal Carolina, 1-0. Game two will be played on Sunday, June 22nd. Game three will be Monday, if necessary.
