The LSU Tigers have a very bright future ahead of them with five-star plus quarterback commit Bryce Underwood. The top quarterback and player in the On3 industry rankings, Underwood highlights the Tigers' 2025 recruiting class.

The dual-threat quarterback has shined Belleville High School in Michigan winning two state titles and is reclassifying to 2025 so he can enroll at LSU a year early. In his game on Friday night against Churchill, Underwood threw four touchdown passes in the first half and set the Michigan high school record for touchdown passes in a career with 125.

Underwood is a very impressive prospect who would likely sit behind Garrett Nussmeier if he stays for one more year but could realistically be the starter if he declares for the NFL Draft. On3 Sports' writeup on Underwood isn't just describing a tremendous prospect, they compared him to Trevor Lawrence.

Premier arm talent who is one of the more gifted high school quarterback prospects in recent years. Combination of arm strength, pocket feel and processing ability makes him the top quarterback in the 2025 cycle. Owns a wide-shouldered frame, measuring in at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds with 10-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Touts a big-time arm with the ability to drive the ball with velocity to all levels of the field. Has the ability to touch every area of the field with ease.

The Tigers are set to be in great hands moving forward.
