Ohio State and Ryan Day are on a mission when it comes to the 2025 recruiting class and there is no sign of slowing down.

When it comes to getting it done in the 2025 class, the Buckeyes are doing it at a different level. Ohio State has 10 recruits verbally committed that are ranked in the top 100 of the 247 Sports Composite.

The next closest are Alabama, Georgia, and Clemson who all have five players in the top 100. Ohio State is currently doubling up on the next closest program when it comes to teams getting the top players in the country.

The Buckeyes cornerbacks Devin Sanchez and Na’eem Offord are committed as their top recruits at No. 5 and No. 6 in the country. Quarterback Tavien St. Clair is the No. 14 player in the country and a five-star quarterback that Ohio State was able to get in state. Safety Faheem Delane, linebacker Tarvos Alford, and wide receiver Quincy Porter are all top 50 players in the class.

Offensive tackle Carter Lowe is another top-100 player that the Buckeyes were able to get in state. Defensive ends Zahir Mathis and Zion Grady both find themselves in the top 75. Additionally, Running back Bo Jackson is one of the best in the country at his position.

The Buckeyes are not done yet either, as they’re still after multiple top-100 players in the current class. Cornerback Dorian Brew, wide receiver Vernell Brown and Jaime Ffrench, safety Trey McNutt, linebacker Riley Pettijohn, and defensive end Justin Hill are all players that the Buckeyes are still recruiting.

Ohio State has the No. 1 class in the country and will look to continue to add to it. As we get closer to Independence Day, the Buckeyes could be adding to their class.
