Ohio State may have as many as two top-10 matchups left on their schedule this season. They will travel to No. 3 Penn State this Saturday, then they will host Indiana in November and the Hoosiers could be in the top-10 by then.
When the Buckeyes do host the currently undefeated Hoosiers, they will have a five-star 2026 quarterback in Columbus. The Buckeyes are hosting recent Georgia de-commit Jared Curtis, according to On3’s Steve Wiltfong.
Curtis has visited the Buckeyes before and the visit against Indiana will be his first this season. The five-star quarterback will visit Auburn this coming weekend, then his next visit will be Oregon on Nov. 9. Curtis will visit Georgia again on Nov. 16, then Alabama on Nov. 30.
According to the 247 Sports Composite, Curtis is the No. 1 quarterback in the class of 2026 and the No. 4 player. When it comes to his relationship with the Buckeyes, Curtis had this to tell On3:
“Talking to Coach Chip Kelly and Coach Ryan Day and going on a visit there a couple of times. That builds my relationship with them and I’m excited to get back up there.”
The five-star quarterback out of Nashville, Tennessee was very high on Ohio State before he originally committed to Georgia, and they are going to be in the running this go around. As always, the visit will be key.
