Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly took notice for sure. When asked on Tuesday how he hopes to see Will Howard develop as Ohio State's quarterback, this was his response.
"Complete every pas. Jared Goff did it last night."
Kelly was obviously having some fun here. Who wouldn't want their quarterback to have a night like that? so far Howard has bee fairly accurate. He completing 68.6% of his passes this season and Ohio State is 4-0. As a Michigan State Spartans fan, I certainly didn't enjoy playing against him on Saturday night.
