The Ohio State Buckeyes are headed to the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff. A rematch with the top-ranked Oregon Ducks looms. As for their previous matchup, they dominated the Tennessee Volunteers in every way imaginable this weekend.

On Monday after the dominant victory, Buckeyes quarterback Will Howard went to social media to celebrate in a way that deserves plenty of respect.

The corpse isn't even cold yet, Will!

On Instagram, Howard dropped one of the best post collages of the college football season. Alongside some great shots from the game, he had the perfect caption after a lot of media discussion regarding Vols fans "taking over" Ohio Stadium and the cold weather.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬.

The bulk of the caption is a nod to the award-winning show, Game of Thrones. Howard is apparently a fan of GOT.

The quote Howard is pointing to comes from an iconic scene from the show where Arya Stark declares a bit of a victory after a painful moment in her life.

"When people ask you what happened here, tell them the North remembers. Tell them Winter came for House Frey."

The backstory to the weight of that quote would be a long-winded explanation. In short, Stark said the iconic quote right after avenging the death of some of her closest family members. Fans of the show will always remember that particular line.

Saying that after a massive win on the football field was a great power move from the QB.

Howard went 24-29 for 311 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception against the Vols. He also rushed for 37 yards. It was one of his best performances as a Buckeye.
