One of the toughest things to do consistently in the college football world is to recruit well, even through the bad years. The Oklahoma Sooners will always recruit fine, because of the name that they are, and the history they bring with them. But, this season has been tough, and we have already seen that affect them a bit.

Of course, there isn't really any need to name the names of these high school kids because they are kids, and we don't want hate towards them, so I won't name names. But, there are the two defensive lineman commits that decommitted earlier in the year. And then a wide receiver that decommitted three days after saying he was locked in.

So, we knew that situations like that would happen because that's natural. But the amount of recruits and commits that are tweeting out that they aren't going anywhere but staying with the Sooners, is awesome to see. And now there's another one.

Marcus Wimberly, a four-star defensive back, most likely a safety, from Bauxite, Arkansas, let everyone know he was locked in.

The Sooners have to love to continue to hear this because this season was not easy by any means. They have had a very tough year, but are certainly looking to bounce back.
