The Oklahoma Sooners are now 3-0, and just when the whole world was burning down for Sooners fans, they seemed to handle Tulane, a decent football team, pretty well. The offense was bad the weeks prior, and the defense was put in weird situations, and sometimes bad.

But, they were able to pull away with a 34-19 win, just like we all predicted. We got some great highlights from the game, too, like Taylor Tatum's touchdown. But one of the more underrated plays that happened, and it wasn't a good one, well it was for the Sooners, was something that happened to Tulane.

You may have seen it happen when it did happen, but quickly forgot about it. Or, you may remember exactly what I'm talking about. Either way, the Sooners pretty much made Tulane commit the worst play of the 2024 college football season.

While kicking a field goal, Tulane's kicker was forced into kicking a 21-yard field goal where the ball went straight under the uprights. Yes, under the uprights.

It went and almost hit someone behind the goalpost, who was not expecting to be hit by the football, because, well, the ball usually goes at least 20 feet in the air.

It's hilarious, to be honest, and I'm sure the kicker doesn't really feel that way. It's honestly one of those plays that never happens because it shouldn't.
