The Oklahoma Sooners have not scored a touchdown in 21 days, at the time of writing this, which is during halftime of their game against the South Carolina Gamecocks, where they are down 32-3 at the half. And, that touchdown they scored 21 days ago, their most recent one, was a pick-six. So, factor that in, and the offense hasn't been good in quite some time.

But, on Saturday against South Carolina, you could say they were good, that is, for South Carolina's defense. The Sooners offense was the Gamecocks' best offense. They gave the ball to them over and over again and gave up scores.

It was truly something I hadn't seen maybe ever from this team. It's a new low, so much so, that they let South Carolina and head coach Shane Beamer beat a first-half streak they had going for the first time since 2016.

When Beamer was talking to the media at the half, a stat graphic popped up, and it read that the Gamecocks hadn't forced three turnovers in the first half of a game since 2016.

In this game, the first offensive play was a pass by Michael Hawkins that was intercepted. Of course that led to an easy score by Rocket Sanders, the Gamecock's starting running back.

Then, it was a fumble by Hawkins recovered for a touchdown. Hawkins still came out in the third drive, that is, until he threw another pick-six. The next drive was all Jackson Arnold.

The Sooners' offense is terrible, and it's allowing South Carolina to get up big in games, like their 21-0 lead without barely having their offense on the field. The Sooners have to make a change somewhere, whether it's on the staff or somewhere else.

Nothing is working, even against a bad team like South Carolina.
