National Signing Day is over and done with, with little fanfare from the Sooners side. All of their players signed back on Early Signing Day in December, making the February signing date a moot point.
However, it's still important to look at their class as a whole and who the team brought in that could be the future building blocks of the program.
Let's take a look at the Sooners Class of 2025 (recruiting rankings courtesy of 247Sports:
- Five-star OT Michael Fasusi (#8 OVR)
- Four-star OT Ryan Fodje (#70 OVR)
- Four-star CB Trystan Haynes (#100 OVR)
- Four-star WR Elijah Thomas (#135 OVR)
- Four-star EDGE CJ Nickson (#152 OVR)
- Four-star RB Tory Blaylock
- Four-star DB Courtland Guillory
- Three-star DT Trent Wilson
- Three-star ATH Trynae Washington
- Three-star WR Emmanuel Choice
- Three-star SAF Omarion Robinson

- Three-star QB Jett Niu
- Three-star IOL Owen Hollenbeck
The Sooners also pulled in an absurd class of 15 transfer portal players to add to their overall class of 2025.
Here's the overall portal class that Oklahoma has brought in so far:
- QB John Mateer (Washington State)
- QB Cole Gonzales (Western Carolina)
- WR Javonnie Gibson (Arkansas Pine-Bluff)
- WR Keontez Lewis (Southern Illinois)
- WR Isaiah Sategna (Arkansas)
- WR Josiah Martin (Cal)
- TE John Locke (Louisiana Tech)
- TE Will Huggins (Pittsburg State)
- TE Carson Kent (Kennesaw State)
- OT Derek Simmons (Western Carolina)
- OT Luke Baklenko (Stanford)
- EDGE Marvin Jones Jr. (Florida State)
- LB Kendal Daniels (Oklahoma State)
- P Jacob Ulrich
- K Austin Welch
The Sooners will be relying on a fair few of these players to help turn their fortunes around as they head into year two of the SEC. Of all of the freshmen, I'm keeping an eye on the two offensive tackles in Michael Fasusi and Ryan Fodje, as well as wide receiver Elijah Thomas. All three could find their way into the rotation as early as this season, and I'm expecting productive careers from those three talents.
