The 2026 NFL Draft is just a month away now and teams are hosting a number of top prospects that they may be selecting here soon. One former Texas A&M seems to be an extremely popular prospect at this stage of the process.

KC Concepcion, the Aggies star WR1 throughout the 2025 college football season, is considered by many to be a possible first round pick in this year’s NFL Draft. It’s no surprise that several teams who could target him late in round one or early round two are setting up official visits.

KC Concepcion visiting the Broncos, Dolphins, Panthers, and Titans

According to NFL analyst Ryan Fowler (who had it first, and other sourcing confirmed), Concepcion has booked visits with the Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans here soon.

All four teams could certainly use an upgrade in their wide receiver rooms. Between the four teams they possess six picks from 19 to 62 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. Most draft analysts believe Concepcion will come off the board at some point in the back half of the first round, but there’s often a run of wide receivers in the early second round too. All four teams could be within striking distance of adding Concepcion. Which team would be the best fit for the former Aggies star?

Which NFL team hosting KC Concepcion would be the best fit

The Denver Broncos actually make the least sense (of the four teams) for KC Concepcion now. They just traded for Jaylen Waddle, bringing him in from the Miami Dolphins. That now gives Bo Nix and the Broncos a solid wide receiver group: Courtland Sutton, Waddle, Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant, Marvin Mims, and Lil’Jordan Humphrey. That group could still get better, but the Broncos would almost certainly have to trade up again if they want to land Concepcion since their earliest selection is 62 (near the end of round two).

Both the Panthers and the Titans have significant need at the wide receiver position. Both franchises are firmly within range to select Concepcion too.

The Panthers are in more control of their destiny when it comes to Concepcion because they hold pick 19. That’s about the earliest that Concepcion has been projected to go when it comes to large sample mock draft data and projections. However, the Panthers might think a player like Concepcion is worth it there. They have Tetairoa McMillan who was phenomenal as a rookie, but they need a smaller, shiftier, YAC weapon like Concepcion who can win from the inside or out. Concepcion would immediately be the best return weapon on the Panthers too.

The Titans would most likely need to trade up from 35 if they wanted to land Concepcion. Moving from early round two to the end of round one has been rather cheap in recent years, so that might be the play if the Titans believe Concepcion is their guy. The only reason they may hold off is that they just added the slot-and-gadget-only wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson. That would likely force Concepcion into more strictly outside role, with some creative pre-snap motion opportunities here and there. However, Concepcion could be the best wide receiver on the team from day one, so don’t count the Titans out.

The most likely team of this bunch to target Concepcion is definitely the Dolphins. They have both pick 30 and 43, plus an abundance of mid-to-late round picks that will allow them to trade up and “get their guy” if they choose to do so. The Dolphins have a virtually empty wide receiver room, so they’re more than likely going to be taking multiple shots at the position in the 2026 NFL Draft. They have seven of the top 94 picks, the greatest need, and just traded away a player that fits Concepcion’s style perfectly. Miami might be his new home soon.
