Brother Martin (La.) wide receiver Easton Royal all of sudden found himself ranked among the Top 25 in the 2027 class after an impressive spring and summer. Now, the 2027 four-star prospect is putting together a visit tour.

The No. 11 wide receiver recruit in the country and No. 4 junior in the state of Louisiana recently spoke with 247Sports Mike Roach as he begins to sift through his options.

“Nobody specific,” Royal said. “I’d say I’m still weighing my options.

“I’ve got a few visits in the works, but they aren’t completely set yet,” Royal said. “I’m just waiting on them to get finalized. I’d like to see LSU, Florida, Oregon, Clemson, Texas, Tennessee, Ole Miss and Ohio State, but nothing is finalized yet. I’d really like to see Ohio State and Texas and USC and Oregon.”

Easton Royal is interested in taking trips but isn’t close to announcing a top schools list.

“I’ll narrow it down in the spring then schedule my official visits,” he said. “I’ll focus mainly on those schools after that.”

As a sophomore, Royal finished with 1,149 all-purpose yards and 14 total touchdowns. On the track, he was an absolute monster – posting 100-meter times of 10.38 and 10.68. The 10.38 is a Brother Martin school record.

“I have a few personal goals,” Royal said about 2025. “I’d like to have between 1300 and 1500 yards and 15 touchdowns with 4 return touchdowns. I’d like to have close to 100 catches.”

Georgia is the latest big-time offer for Easton Royal.

He spoke with Rivals’ Jeremy Johnson about it this week.

“We’ve been communicating for a couple of weeks now, mainly just saying they love my film and want to make a connection,” Royal told DawgsHQ. “It’s one of the top premier programs in the nation with a strong reputation of success,” Royal said. “It means a lot, I’m grateful for every opportunity to add another place from God to continue my football career. I want to see what Georgia has to offer, like every other school.

“I’m still in the process of learning the coaches to see what they’re about because I’m big on relationships.”
